Specially designed for small and medium-sized stuffing lines, the system ensures continuous vacuum stuffing of meat pieces without destroying their morphology. The TWINVAC CLASSIC meat stuffing machine allows for incorporating into this type of line the features offered by the TWINVAC range of stuffing machines: continuous vacuum stuffing of large pieces of meat without destroying their morphology, obtaining a final product of better quality, with excellent texture, without air pockets and without risks of bacteriological contamination. Very suitable for stuffing whole muscle cooked meat products, it can work, fully automatically, directly coupled to standard continuous clippers that can be fitted to the diameter of the outlet tube, up to 100 mm, or coupled to fine dosing accessories and/or accessories for filling bags and molds.
